Handspun handpainted merino/bamboo thick and thin textured 2 ply yarn – Variegated gradient – Spring

Texture:               2ply, thick and thin, worsted spun
Fiber content:    70% extrafine merino wool (19 micron), 30% bamboo rayon

Colors: sky blue (not as bright in life as on photos), green, lavender, violet, purple, pale rose.

This is next to skin soft 2ply thick and thin merino/bamboo rayon yarn that I spun from one of my dyed tops. This color is one of four in a series (Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn).

Please note that tape on the last photo shows only centimeters (on the left), no inches there.

Photos: I try to make my photo as close to the original yarn as possible, but please take into account that monitors settings can affect colors so there might be a difference between the real colors and how you see them on your computer.

Care: hand wash in cool water, do not leave in a detergent for too long, use only detergents designed specifically for wool and silk garments.

Dyes: I use professional acid dyes, but some discharge of color may occur during washing/soaking, especially if a colorway has very saturated colors.

My family don’t smoke and have no pets.
