I am glad to ship my items to anywhere in the world.

Type of shipping service

All orders are shipped by registered airmail with tracking number that I always provide to you. Please do note that all such mail require a signature upon delivery, so if you were not at home when a delivery attempt was made you may be required to go to your post office to receive a package or arrange a re-delivery if your Post provides such service. If you consider this unacceptable for any reason, please do not buy my products.

There is of course an option to send a package by express service but their prices are very high yet it doesn’t 100% guaranty timely delivery.

Prices for shipping

Shipping prices for registered mail are the same for all countries and depend only on total weight of the package. Here are estimations based on pure yarn weight (you will see your shipping price in the cart):

up to 90g – 7$

up to 220g – 10$

up to 450g – 15$

up to 900g – 23$

up to 1900g – 36$

For Russian customers shipping price will be determined based on Russian Post rates for domestic packages.

Shipping and Transit times

For ready to ship yarns I will do my best to ship within two working days after receiving cleared payment and will send you a notification along with a tracking number after I actually send your purchase. But please note that during big yarn updates it may take me up to two weeks to ship all orders.

International shipping can be quite unpredictable so it can take a package anything from 2 weeks to 2 (in extreme cases 3) months to arrive. For Europe usual shipping times are 2-3 weeks, sometimes a month. For US and Canada usual shipping times are 2-4 weeks, sometimes 2-3 months. For Australia and New Zealand the usual shipping times are 4-6 weeks, sometimes 2 months.

If such times are unacceptable for you for any reason please do not buy from me as nothing can be done to prevent long shipping times.

 Lost packages

I do not consider a package lost until 2 months has passed since its departure. Still, if your package has not arrived in 4 weeks please contact me so that I know there might be a problem and can start an investigation.

If the package has not arrived in 2 months and there is no indication that it will very soon (like tracking showing that it has finally arrived to your country and moving normally through your Post system but just have not reached you yet), I will issue a full refund or will send you a replacement, depending on your preference or yarn availability.

VAT and Custom fees

Please be advised that you will be responsible for paying VAT or any importing taxes your country imposes on international parcels.
